This Privacy Policy applies to Floral & Petals at floralandpetals.com, the Petal & Keepsake collection, and any Floral & Petals integration with Etsy. Floral & Petals is operated by RQM Technologies LLC.

Information we collect

The public website does not provide its own checkout, account registration, newsletter signup, or customer database. We do not use advertising cookies, visitor IDs, or cross-site advertising profiles.

For aggregate shop-performance measurement, the website can send a landing event and an Etsy-listing click event to the RQM ATLAS growth collector. Those events can include the campaign/source value, the page viewed, the birth month associated with a clicked product, and the product type. The event schema does not include a visitor ID, buyer name, email address, shipping address, or payment information.

Campaign/source context may be stored in your browser's sessionStorage so it survives internal navigation in the current browser tab. It is not stored in a cookie or in localStorage. Like most hosted websites, our hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Etsy purchases, messages, and orders

Purchases, personalization, payment, delivery estimates, and order support are handled through Etsy. When you buy from or contact the Petal & Keepsake shop, Etsy may provide us information needed to fulfill or support the transaction, such as your name, shipping details, order and receipt information, personalization choices, and messages. Payment-card processing is handled by Etsy and its payment providers; floralandpetals.com does not collect your payment-card number.

We use Etsy order information only for legitimate shop operations such as producing and shipping an order, customer support, fraud or dispute handling, accounting, and legal compliance.

Authorized Etsy API or application data

If you authorize a Floral & Petals or RQM Technologies integration to connect to Etsy, the integration may receive the Etsy data permitted by the scopes you approve, such as shop, listing, inventory, receipt, order, fulfillment, or account information needed for the feature you requested. We use authorized Etsy data to operate and manage Floral & Petals and Petal & Keepsake, including listing synchronization, store administration, order and fulfillment workflows, operational verification, and business reporting.

We do not sell Etsy member data, use it for unrelated advertising profiles, or request access that is unrelated to the integration's stated functionality. Authorization credentials and tokens are treated as confidential operational credentials and are not intentionally exposed in the public website or repository.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the store and services. This can include Etsy for marketplace transactions and messaging; Printify and the applicable print/fulfillment partner for production and shipping; Vercel and infrastructure providers for website delivery and security; and RQM Technologies systems such as the aggregate ATLAS growth collector for internal operations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights or security, or respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use floralandpetals.com for third-party behavioral advertising or advertising-pixel tracking.

Retention

Browser campaign/source data stored in sessionStorage lasts only for the current browser-tab session. Aggregate website events may be retained as operational metrics without a website visitor identifier. Etsy order, support, fulfillment, accounting, and authorized integration records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the operational purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, or recordkeeping, and are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we limit access and avoid collecting data on floralandpetals.com that is not needed for the storefront.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can browse floralandpetals.com without creating an account. You may close the browser tab to clear the site's sessionStorage campaign context. If you authorized an Etsy integration, you can revoke that authorization through Etsy's available account or application controls.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information. To make a privacy request about Floral & Petals or Petal & Keepsake, contact us through the PetalAndKeepsake Etsy shop and identify the request as a privacy request. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Children

Floral & Petals is a general-audience storefront and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use floralandpetals.com to collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party services

Links from this site can take you to Etsy or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Etsy's marketplace privacy practices apply when you use Etsy, and Printify or a production partner may process information needed to fulfill an order.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the storefront, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
